    How do I create a loan application?

    For Family cases

    Go to www.novitasfunding.com, log in and select the 'Family' button.

    Select the 'New Application' tab on the left hand side. At the top of the form is a help button which will guide you through your application.

    Fill out the form in as much detail as possible, select 'Save & Continue' at the bottom of the form or select 'Save client detail' to come back to the application later.

    Upload the required documents and select 'Continue'.

    Select 'Download' to review the application form and select 'Submit'.

    For Clinical Negligence cases

    Go to www.novitasfunding.com, log in and select the 'Clinical Negligence' button.

    Select the 'New Application' tab on the left hand side. At the top of the form is a help button which will guide you through your application.

    Select 'save' at the bottom of the page to create the application.

    Enter the Client Address and save. 

    If litigation friend is required, navitage to the 'Litigation Friend' tab in the 'Client Application' menu on the left side of the page.

    Complete the form and select 'Save'.

    Navigate to 'Documents' tab in the 'Client Application' menu on the left side of the page and upload the required documents.

    Once the form is completed select 'Save'.

    How do I request a drawdown?

    For Family cases 

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left to select ‘Draw down & Extension’.

    Complete the form and select ‘Submit Request'.

    For Clinical Negligence cases

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left to select ‘Drawdown & Statement’.

    Complete the form and select ‘Submit Request'.

    How do I request a final statement?

    For Family cases 

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left to select ‘Draw down & Extension’

    Complete the form and select ‘Submit Request’.

    For Clinical Negligence cases

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left side of the page to 
    select ‘Drawdown & Statement’.

    On the right side of the page Select ‘Generate’, enter the settlement date and and select ‘Settlement Request’.

    How do I request a loan extension?

    Family cases

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left side of the page to select ‘Draw down & Extension’.

    Select the ‘Extension request’ tab at the top of the form, complete the form and select ‘Request Extension’.

    How can I print out the application?

    Family cases

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left side of the page to select the ‘Submit’ tab.

    Select the ‘Download’ button, and open and print.


     

    How can I show the whole application to a customer?

    Select the client from the client list and navigate to the menu on the left side of the page to select ‘Submit’.

    Select the ‘Download’ button to view the application.


     

    Can I save the application and come back later to finish?

    Yes, Select the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.

    How do I log in and out of the loan management system?

    Go to www.novitasfunding.com, enter your email address and password and click 'Log in'.

    To log out select the blue padlock icon on the top right hand of the page that says 'Logout'.

    I'm unable to access the loan management system

    How do I change my password?

    At the top right of the page select the green button with a key symbol. When you hover over this it will say 'Change Password'. 

    Enter your current password and confirm and select 'update'.

    How do I reset my password?

    Go to www.novitasfunding.com, enter your email address and select 'Reset password' below to generate a reset by email.

    When you receive the email click on the link, enter your new password and confirm.

    Enter the unique on-screen code and select 'Submit'.
